Cacao - Almond Chia Breakfast Pudding

 

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened chia seeds

1/2 cups chia seeds

1 tbsp cacao powder

1-2 tbsp maple syrup or date paste 

1/2 cup of fruit ( blueberries, raspberries or any seasonal fruit)

Combine the milk, chia seed, cacao and the sweetener in a bowl and mix well. Cover it and store in the fridge for at least an hour or leave it overnight. Stir well before serving and if its too thick add a bit more water. Add fruit of your choice on top. 

This recipe can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
