Organic Lucuma Powder

Native to the high mountains of Peru, Lucuma powder is harvested once a year. The fruits are round and green with the inside a sweet orange pulp with high nutrient content.
The Lucuma flesh is dehydrated at low temperature and then ground into a fine powder. Rich in antioxidants, fibre, minerals, vitamin B, the lucuma powders is a great substitute for sugar. For every tsp of sugar, you add 2 tsp of lucuma powder.

Goes well in food such as: cakes, ice creams, protein shakes, baked goods and much more.

Storage: In a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to heat.
